I enjoyed the symposium a tremendous amount. Fun to speak to a public audience and the industry speakers were very interesting. Overall, I left even more optimistic about the future place of a diverse hemp industry within Kentucky’s 21st century crop portfolio. Based on the delightful 5-course, hemp-themed meal prepared for us by Jeremy Ashby of Azur Food Group, I’d also expect the versatile crop to show up on a lot more menus in the near future.
